it can be so cruel
Being out in public
Gives you the jitters
This is so true.
Feeling really panicked
With your eyes glued down low
To avoid eye contact
And that awkward feeling
Of freezing your thoughts and words
Mind now racing
Trying to calm your speed
Breathe in you say
Just be normal
For one full day.
