If You Had A Super Power

If you had a super power
What would it be?
If I had a super power
I thought to myself
Well let's see.

I would want it to be
Helpful to kids
Who are in abusive homes
And I would want it to be
Helpful to people
In narcissistic relationships
I would want it to be
Helpful to those
In domestic violence relationships
But yet what would that be?

It wouldn't be to put them in jail
Or hurt them as they had done
To those they said they loved
Why wouldn't I choose that?

Because it doesn't fix the world
It only creates more hate you see
So if I had a super power
What would it be?

If you removed them from the homes
The victims would be free
But that would still not be it
You see because then
They would find someone else
To then be meaner
Than the time before
Because everyone leaves them
That is for sure.

So then I ask myself
Again you see
If I had a super power
What would it be?

It would be to show those
With hate in their heart
Who Cause these scars
On the people who are around
Like a Christmas stooge movie
The past that created them
The current time
In which they are mean
The future if they do not change
But the future of if they did you see.

Some people believe being mean
Is the only way to fix things
But if we show them
A better way and that in this future
They can see
Being good to people
Can bring them
Love and peace
And then their hearts would change
And they would be free
From the past that created thee.

Lonely Hearts

Have you ever 

Felt this way

You know the sun

Is shining bright

But the fog you see

Is so thick

The light can't be seen?

When the world around you

Moves so fast

When at the end of the day

The world feels so cold

Cause there is nobody there

To ask you about your day?

Nobody who Will think of you

To tell you good morning 

And have a good day too.

So think for a moment

And if you can say

That you have someone

Who checks on you 

Every single day

You are the wealthiest of all

Cause without it

The world can sometimes

Be so cold

Indendence doesn't mean

That loneliness is what you dream.
